A real hill station retreat. Wonderful views, especially from the main viewpoint just a few yards down the path - you seem to see all of Istria! Lovely garden, enjoyed the swimming pool too.

Grundstück: liebevoll gestaltet, voll umzäunt, wir durften uns an Obst und Gemüse bedienen. Pool: sauber und wunderbar Haus: sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, zwei separate Wohnungen, die wir als Familie nutzen konnten. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Terrasse gut beschattet. Host: super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab viele gute Tipps und ein herzliches Begrüßungsgeschenk. Lage: sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Toller Blick auf halb Istrien! Zu beachten: im Dorf selbst gibt es kein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Auto ist ein Muss. Beide Küsten sind gut für einen Tagesausflug zu erreichen (30 min Ostküste, 50 min Westküste). In näherer Umgebung viele Wanderwege, Höhlen, Wasserfälle.

Enjoying the mountains of Ucka nature park

We loved the quiet of the house in the mountains. The children enjoyed the pool very much. The small village was very charming. Plus the larger area is perfect for hiking.

We had a great time at Villa Anne and will be happy to come back sometime.

I travelled with some friends of mine, primarily to do sports climbing around Brest. Villa Anne was the perfect location for us. Every climbing spot was only about 20 minutes away (we had a car). Due to the pretty isolated location, I would recommend you go by car there. Otherwise locomotion will probably be a little uncomfortable and will take time and effort. The house you will be renting is composed of two separated appartments, each providing one living room, one kitchen, two bathrooms / WCs, some bedrooms, as well as a balcony or terrace. We were 9 adults at a time, and there was enough room for us, sharing the bedrooms. The terrace and garden are very big and point to the south. When we arrived, the appartments were stocked with: more than enough towels (small, medium and big ones); a reasonable amount of toilet paper; a small amount of washing powder for the washing machine; a small amount of coffee. In total, the apartments provide you with three refrigerators (with freezers), which was very convenient for our big group. Anne is a lovely host. She lives nearby, is always available via mobile phone, very friendly and relaxed and will always be happy to help you with anything you need. She is interested in your stories if you like to share, but also extremely respectful if you prefer privacy. We communicated in English without any problems. She has a dog and a cat, both very trusting and always happy to be petted.

The property is beautiful with the gardens plenty of places to sit. Pool beautiful and refreshing!
