Sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes Haus, für die Lage zu teuer
8.0Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Alles ist vorhanden, selbst Spülmittel und Kosmetikartikel, Grillanzünder, Waschpulver und alles was man so für den Ferienhausurlaub benötigt. Ivana ist eine absolut aufmerksame und herzliche Gastgeberin, die für alle Fragen immer erreichbar war.
− Die Lage ist „direkt am Meer/Strand“ beschrieben, was nicht ganz richtig ist. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Schlammbereich mit Heilschlamm und Schilf, nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Ebenso ist das Wasser in der Bucht, wohin man laufen muss, zu niedrig zum Schwimmen. Der Kiesstrand, von dem aus man ins Meer kann, ist fussläufig erreichbar. Da der Eigentümer aber mit der direkten Strandlage wirbt, wofür man durchaus einen hohen Preis bezahlt, müsste das unserer Meinung nach, anders kommuniziert werden. Das Haus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet, rundherum Häuser mit Feriengästen, der Gartenbereich mit Pool ist eingezäunt aber einsehbar. Außerdem verfügt das Haus zwar über 3 Schlafzimmer, ist aber für drei Paare nicht nutzbar. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen eines ein Kinderzimmer (auch so eingerichtet) mit zwei sehr schmalen Einzelbetten ist. Das dritte Zimmer ist in einem Anbau. Da wir bereits viele andere Ferienhäuser in Kroatien kennen, die direkt am Meer liegen, halten wir den Preis für nicht abgemessen.

Big thanks to Ivana.. from the first message when we booked, to our arrival at the villa, to the farewell, she is truly the most caring and helpful host! 👍🥰 The villa is set up perfectly, spacious, clean, well equipped.. its location and views are stunning!
