9.0Ubicación, limpieza, tranquilidad, seguridad,el necesario equipamiento en la cocina, áreas verdes muy bien cuidadas, señalamientos de seguridad en todo el condominio, extintores muy bien distribuidos y en cantidad adecuada. Personal que labora en el lugar con muy buen servicio al cliente.
− Las camas con. Colchones y almohadas muy duros El lugar del tendedero tenía mala hierba que nacía en el cemento y la pileta para lavar, esto le daba un aspecto descuidado y es una lástima
