− Terrible experience. In the listing there is a photo of an apartment with a large swimming pool, but this is not your apartment. The manager blames Booking.com, saying they cannot change the photos. We were without air conditioning for a day during the hot season. An absolute scam regarding electricity: 1200 baht for 4 days. After all these problems, the host was also arrogant, and the only thing they could do was offer a small discount on the electricity. Honestly, I saw neither professionalism nor honesty

9.0A lovely villa on the hill with a splendid view. Bruno and the team were always in touch to sort out the things if we needed it. Comfortable rooms, a private pool, a quiet neighbourhood - we really enjoyed our stay and would come back there with pleasure!

Awful, extortionate additional prices, aggressive owner, poor cleanliness, difficult to arrive.

− Extortionate additional charge for electric (£30 for 3 days, crazy charge we were hardly there and switched appliances off from the socket!). The room stinks of damp all the time however owner doesn't take liability and becomes aggressive when confronted! workers in eyesight all day. Hospitality poor. Very difficult to get to due to steep hill. Room service very poor, dirty dishes and cutlery (noodles stuck to it). Cant flush paper down toilet. No equipment to clean pool which gets lots of bugs due to location. I wish i didn't stay here.

− View is already partly covered but another building (2m from you) There was additional statute to sign, apart from booking. No Washing service (in booking it was). Builders from new building 2m far away, from morning.
