− À éviter absolument ! Réservation confirmée et payée via Booking, puis réception d’un message de l’agence StayVista sur WhatsApp nous demandant de régler à nouveau le séjour par virement bancaire (!). Après avoir indiqué que la réservation était déjà payée et débitée par Booking, l’agence nous a soudainement annoncé que l’hébergement « n’était plus disponible ». Malgré nos multiples demandes y compris sur place auprès du gérant StayVista a refusé d’annuler la réservation sur Booking, nous empêchant ainsi d’être remboursés rapidement. Après plusieurs semaines, nous avons enfin obtenu le remboursement grâce à Booking, mais les pratiques de cette agence sont clairement malhonnêtes et à fuir.

− Loc given as per google was incorrect. Three rooms asked for were at three different levels. Ground ,First and second floor. No lift. Climbing was a pain. The GF room was a servants room converted to so called BR. No Almirahs, No chair, No Table. No place to move around. Bed tucked in the corner of the room. Getting down and up was a pain. Too low beds very inconvenient. Mattress very bad. So was the bedsheets and cover. Toilet was like 2 x 2. Getting hurt while moving in the toilet. No place to keep anything. Second floor room was a little better. The toilet mirror was such that one could not see his / her own face. Third floor room was slightly bigger than the GF room. We asked for cancellation of one room prior to plan. the CCE executive took the request and said they will get back but non one did. Refund is still due. No arrangements for bed tea, fast or food. Though the Care taker was nice to give us tea in the morning. All in all, a no go.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The villa, designed by architects, is gorgeous—you can really appreciate the thought put into every detail. We had full access to the house, including the kitchen, living area, washer dryer and the upstairs terrace, which made a huge difference in our stay. Being able to use these facilities at no extra charge was a big plus, as it allowed us to cook all our meals comfortably. There was no one else staying at the property so it was great being able to use it all. The highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible caretaker. He went above and beyond, personally taking us by bike to our climbing routes with Ravi, helping us get to an ATM, and always being available whenever we needed assistance. He even arranged and negotiated our taxi to Goa, which was such a huge help. Additionally, the daily housekeeping was exceptional. A lovely woman cleaned the villa each day and even folded our clothes after we used the washing machine—something we truly appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The combination of a stunning villa, great amenities, and outstanding hospitality made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Agastya Villa in Badami was nothing short of extraordinary. The accommodation exceeded all expectations from the moment you walked through the front doors feeling like you stepped into your family home. Rooms were spacious and living areas very comfortable. What truly set Agastya Villa apart, however, was the impeccable service. Rajpur, the manager, proved to be exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. From arranging prompt transport to supplying in-house meals, he anticipated and met our every need with a level of service that left a lasting impression. Rajpur's keen attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. He not only addressed our requests promptly but also often anticipated our needs for the day's activities. His instrumental role in arranging our rock climbing guide, Ravi, deserves special mention. Ravi, the best guide we have ever employed, made our adventure in Badami truly unforgettable. In summary, Agastya Villa and its exceptional staff, particularly Rajpur, made our stay in Badami a highlight of our travels. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, and outstanding service.
