− la mancanza di aria condizionata e di zanzariere rende un po' complicata la gestione del raffrescamento e del sonno per via delle zanzare e delle vespe.😔

Idyllic accommodation in a stunning location - the perfect base for exploring the Garfagnana.
10.0A beautiful renovation of an old farmstead into several self-catering units. Ours was the upstairs of the secondary building. The little grassy terrace outside the door was a wonderful place to sit, with stunning views across to the Alpe Apuane - the perfect place for breakfast or a dinner watching the sunset. The accommodation inside was very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen (we didn't use the cooking facilities beyond boiling the moka for coffee), though the mezzanine second bedroom has low beams and is probably best suited to children. Handy for Barga, though the winding, unlit road up to the town felt a little too unwelcoming to walk. Excellent communication with the owner, Giuseppe, who was welcoming and generously flexible with our arrival time.
− Nothing really, though some kitchen scissors would have been useful for opening food packaging!
