pool was never cleaned
1.0− i booked through booking.com and paid booking.com in full. I then had to pay an extra $1000.00 AUD in cash on arrival because the amount advertised on booking.com was apparently incorrect (not my fault)
We felt like it was our second home

Please note that on arrival, a passport copy of every guest must be forwarded to the villa manager, who will check them against the list of confirmed guests per the initial inquiry. Only guests who have provided their names with a matching passport copy are permitted to stay at the villa.
