An exceptional estate set on a hillside, offering stunning views and picturesque sunsets. It is a wonderful place for children, parents, and friends alike. Everyone will find their perfect spot here—whether it’s the country garden, the spacious pool, or the authentic architecture. The owners have ensured every amenity is provided; the estate is fully equipped, including air conditioning. The villa is spacious and boasts an excellent layout. Its heart is a vast kitchen-dining area that opens onto a terrace offering breathtaking views. The villa’s décor is truly unique. Exposed architectural features, furniture, ornaments, and textiles blend into a beautiful, harmonious whole—a place you will fall in love with. The villa is conveniently located, with easy access to many interesting places: Perugia and Lake Trasimeno are just a 20-minute drive away, Assisi is about 40 minutes, and Orvieto is an hour away. We highly recommend the villa in Agello. We spent a week of unforgettable Italian holidays there with family and friends.

A wonder home and property in a central location. We were five friends, so the house was absolutely sufficient for our group size, with room to spare. Hosts were amazing, and pre-arrival communication and instructions were clear. The house was well-equipped, comfortable, and perfect for a week vacation. Pool and property (and air conditioning!) was comfortable during the hot summer heat wave. A wonderful trip.

This is a truly magical place and we would come back again in a heartbeat.

The properly and location were incredible - a perfect place for our family gathering, with great areas for cooking and spending time together and also lots of space to escape for a bit of privacy. It is very well equipped and designed for a large group - every bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom - and the views from the house were unbelievably beautiful. The hosts made check in very easy and gave us some great tips for the surrounding area.

Beautiful property, decorated with stylish character and all modern conveniences, including air conditioning throughout. Gorgeous pool area and a great location in the Umbrian countryside within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and Assisi.

I would have no problem recommending this villa. The house manager Stefania was the most hospitable and friendly person.

This was probably the most amazing villa I have stayed at in Italy. An authentic Italian experience in an idyllic grounds. Not only was the villa amazing but the two resident cats Dolce and Gabbana made the stay even better!

− There was nothing not to like about the actual property as it was perfect! The only complaint about our stay was the mosquitoes - we were all covered in bites! I know the gardener sprays around the house to try and keep them away so that helps a bit. There are lots of citronella candles around and they also help a bit.

Een mooie villa met ruime kamers, een goed uitgeruste keuken en een groot zwembad. We hebben er met 5 koppels een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
