1.0The property was in a good location, had nice views, and was spacious.
− The property was poorly maintained (hanging wall sockets, non working lights, broken shower head, poorly maintained AC units, non functional bug nets), was dirty (the floor and the walls were stained and full of bug splashes, the bathroom had mold, and the furnitures cloth was full of stains). The beddings were unclean and full of bugs, and the kitchen equipment and towels were dirty. Also, it seemed that most equipment (glasses, plates, silverware, bed linen, and towels) were from other hotels in the area.

10.0The perfect place! We absolutely loved the villa. The location was excellent. We were 7 people and there were plenty of rooms. There are different terraces and you have very nice view from all of them. You need 3 min walk to the beautiful sandy beach. The Host is super nice and friendly. He is always ready to help you if you need something.
