Very sleek apartment, clean and cosy with good air conditioning. Able to cook in the kitchen and eat on the balcony which was lovely. Check in staff was very kind and helpful.

− Arriving off the ferry, we asked for 150 THB Lomprayah bus ticket to the hotel, which the company said no to as it is "in the mountains". The taxi offered us an 800 THB ride for 3 people. We took the 150 THB tickets for circa 30. minutes and were dropped off on the main road. We walked uphill to the property (another circa. 30 minutes) which was not desirable but not a mountain either, it was a hill at best. We arrived at the hotel and asked around for the apartment, as we had not heard from either mobile number that was provided on booking.com, we managed to contact the property owners via booking.com but they were in Europe so we did not hear from them before we checked in. Fortunately, someone in the vicinity helped us to find the apartment where we met a lovely young man to do the check-in. We organised to check out at 10AM and I received a call at 9.00AM as the same young man was already at the apartment. This was ok for us but could be problematic for others. We were allowed to leave the keys when we left at 10. We had the 5K THB security deposit returned to us, and paid circa. 200 TBH for our electricity usage for three nights (6 THB per unit according to booking.com, although it was written as 7 THB per unit on the documentation we received when we checked in).
