8.0The property is located very close to the beach, which was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the seaside. We also appreciated the multiple balconies, which provided pleasant outdoor spaces to relax. The walkway leading to the beach was easily accessible, although it was shared with other guests and visitors.
− There were many bugs and ants throughout the property, which made it feel as though it had not been occupied or maintained for some time. The accommodation also had a characteristic musty smell. The kitchen utensils were old and worn, and some of the cutting knives were rusty.

Good to know
Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID at check-in. The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
