9.0Private villa with pool. Good location in Legian with short grab rides to Seminyak, Kuta and airport. Room Service was fantasic value for money. Kids loved the french toast and nasi Goreng.
− Villas are tad dated but very clean. A little noisy during peak hour traffic times.
Our stay was good, comfortable, private and staff always very friendly, polite & attentive.
9.0All meals were delivered to our villa in a acceptable time. Quality and presentation of the food was very good and as described on the menu. Great value for money, the quality of room service and meals was restaurant quality every time.
− Possibly some additional coat hooks in the bath room and the robe / dressing area. No suit case stand or bench in the dressing area. Our Villa Wi-Fi was not very strong or reliable. Bath room plumbing required some maintenance.

8.0Staff were very helpful and property was kept very clean. Airport Transfers were good and so was the communication from the property from the time of our booking and for the duration of our stay. Plenty of places to eat in the area. It was great having our own pool also.

− The property is very outdated. The drain in the bath didn’t work properly, there were stains on the couch. Very noisy surrounds and apartments and the restaurant was under maintenance
