We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our villa was beautiful, spacious, and very peaceful. The location is excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. The on-site café also serves delicious breakfasts and lunches, making it even more convenient. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back on our next trip to Bali!

Health hazard & hostile owner in bad faith

− I checked in on July 18 at 4:30 PM and immediately found the room in an unacceptable state: dirty bedsheets, unclean toilets and shower, walls black with dirt, and the bed infested with ants and black residual stains. I developed a skin reaction during my stay. When I reported this to the owner in person the same day at 7 PM, she refused to change the sheets or clean the room, claiming she had no staff. I asked for a free cancellation so I could move elsewhere; she refused. At 7 AM the next morning, there was violent knocking on my door and I felt unsafe. I was forced to check out early on the morning of July 19. The property was also extremely noisy from the street and neighborhood. What made this worse was the owner's response afterward: she denied the issues, refused my cancellation request in person while telling Booking.com she would offer a partial refund, and made contradictory statements to Booking.com customer service versus what she told me directly in messages. She then stopped responding to Booking.com entirely, leaving my cancellation request pending her confirmation for days. And to make matters even worse, her bad faith was blatant: she ran out the clock, moved the goalposts, and ghosted the platform to avoid honoring the refund. Booking.com had to intervene because the owner refused to handle this honestly. I would not recommend this property to anyone who values basic hygiene, personal safety, or being treated with basic respect when something goes wrong.

Es una villa preciosa, muy acogedora. El café que tiene al lado te hace descuento por ser de la Villa y se desayuna realmente bien. Muy contentos con el trato por parte del personal. Todo estaba limpio y muy bonito

La casa è molto carina, con la doccia esterna e la piscina.

− Posizione necessità a mio parere di un mezzo, peri momenti di check in o per lasciare i bagagli bisogna un po' cercare lo staff che a volte non si trova, poi però gentilissimi

This property is perfect for a short stay as the rooms are small. It was very clean and tidy and it had a well kept private pool. The bathroom was outdoors along with the shower, but was private. You could also rent a scooter off the villa and it was super close to all areas in uluwatu. Highly recommend!
