Solide mit einigen Mängeln
6.0Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse
− Der Vermieter meldet sich schon Tage vor dem Einzug mit mehreren Videos zu seinen Regeln und den vielen Verboten. Auschecken ist um 10:00 überall sonst um 11 00. Der Müll muss irgendwo weit entfernt entsorgt werden. Sauber bis auf mehrere tote Insekten, ein totes Insekt im Kühlschrank und einige kleine lebende Insekten am Waschtisch. Nicht zu vergessen ein fettes Büschel Haare in der Dusche. Es gibt keine frischen Klopapier Rollen sondern nur die von anderen Leuten begonnenen. Die Sofas und Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind muffelig, würde mich nicht drauf setzen Wir hatten 3 statt 4 Schlafzimmer, es waren Räume versperrt. Parken nicht direkt beim Haus sondern etwas entfernt. Nur der Vermieter darf beim Haus parken. Lärm weil sehr nahe an der Hauptstraße und dem Flughafen mit landenden Flugzeugen.
Für unsere Familie war diese Unterkunft leider nicht so optimal und als Villa würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht bezeichne
4.0Die Aussicht
− Zimmer hellhörig, konnten nicht direkt am Haus parken, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Vor Ankunft werden sehr viele Infos/Regeln geschickt die man beachten muss, die für mich selbstverständlich sind, wenn man mit weniger Personen anreist als die Unterkunft zu Verfügung hat, werden Zimmer abgeschlossen, obwohl man ja die komplette „Villa“ gebucht und bezahlt hat.

Amazing apartment
10.0The owner was amazing, super helpful and shared a lot of helpful information and locations close by, made informative videos about the vila and the area. There is parking space if you are by car, and everything is super close if you drive. The location is really peaceful except the airplanes but it is like that in the whole Heraklion. The owner made sure there is drinking water, shower gel, shampoo and etc. which is a really nice touch. We felt at home. The balcony is amazing and the sunrise there is just perfect. We had an easy check in and check out. Great value for the price. Thank you to the host and expect us back soon :)
