− The price vs what it actualy offeres is a big NO-NO. The house is located in a mini complex with several similar houses. It's a rather narrow duplex in terms of space. On the ground floor, where there are 3 beds for children, somehow the basement, which is the most spacious room of the house, it's not very comfortable to sleep in, because of the beds that are not very comfortable but also because of the sound that propagates the loudest there, from the entire house. There is a very small window that manages to ventilate the room as much as possible, but it faces the street. The house is positioned very close to the main street, therefore you can hear the traffic non-stop. On a narrow staircase, from the ground floor (basement - children's room) you go up to the living room and kitchen (open-space) . The furniture is old, but you manage to make yourself a coffee and a breakfast. The bathroom on the ground floor clogs when you take a shower (there is an improvised shower without a shower cabin) and all the water spills into the living room. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with AC, but in the upstairs bathroom, if you take a shower, the water flows through the ceiling in the living room. We stayed with bowls on the ground. Therefore, two bathrooms and in neither of which you can take a decent shower. And it's not like you're at the beach and you have to take a shower every day... 🙄Very disappointed on this aspect. So keep in mind that the villa is situated at the main road, not where it appears on booking (i don't know why it is misplaced) and out of two bathrooms, you can't take a shower in either one without flooding. We were 4 adults with 4 children and this aspect was pretty upsating. George, the host, is nice and tries his best to answer your needs. Too bad that nothing is beeing invested in the villa and it's only for profit. Some of the tourists notice these sort of things and will never return because of the bad taste it leaves.
