Stunning location let down by poor cleanliness and no staff available when we needed help.
5.0The location is beautiful and the setting is genuinely special—well worth the visit. Logistically, it was also very easy to reach.
− We stayed in the small house (not the main building), and unfortunately it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. The floor had visible dust and dried grass throughout, and dust was present on most surfaces. More seriously, the shower drain in the bathroom was clogged and emitted a bad smell, and the bathroom ended up flooding as a result. I discovered this in the evening and went to reception for help, but no staff were present at the time.
