7.0The property was in a great location with a ten minute walk to the beach and shops. The pool was nice.
− This property has so much potential but just wasn’t great. The cleaning was not up to scratch. Kitchen utensils were very old and worn as were the showers and sinks. The sofa was filthy and floors needed a good clean. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived but that was rectified and the kids enjoyed it. The aircon in the bedrooms wasn’t worth having as it barely worked at all. There was lots of things missing that were on the original picture and we were left with a kettle that leaked water all over the electrical base that it sat on. Garage was messy with items just thrown in it. Very run down property that needs a good deep clean and lots of finishing touches that needs fixing. The management team sent over a new kettle when we complained and that was great but this property just wasn’t good enough to rent out and needs a big refurb. We would definitely stay in the area again but not in this accommodation.

7.0Die Lage ist absolut super, ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und trotzdem ist man sehr schnell am Strand, an der Bushaltestelle oder in Restaurants. Der Pool ist top!
− Leider waren einige Dinge defekt! Die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert, die Mikrowelle nicht erwärmt, eine Jalousie war kaputt und ließ sich nicht hochziehen, das Waschbecken im Obergeschoss hatte einen lockeren Wasserhahn, der Waschtischunterschrank war innen drin, feucht, aufgegequollen, schimmelig und hat sehr unangenehm gerochen! Telefonisch schließe ich schnell jemand erreichen, ein sehr freundlicher Herr kam zeitnah, um die Mängel zu beheben. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde erneuert, die Jalousie repariert und der Wasserhahn befestigt. Nicht so schnell lösen, ließ sich das Problem der Mikrowelle und des Waschtischunterschranks. Hinzu kam, dass der Waschtisch generell irgendwo an Größe und Wasser defekt hatte, weshalb wir in den kommenden Tagen auch immer wieder den Fußboden im Badezimmer nass hatten. Der Service generell war freundlich und schnell! Trotzdem erwarte ich für diesen hohen Preis für fünf Nächte an Miete ein einwandfreies Haus!!!! Da der Waschtisch schon aufgequollen und schimmelig muffig war, war dieses Problem mit dem Wasser nicht gerade erst aufgetreten, sondern schon älter.

Good to know
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
Lost keys or keys left inside the property incur a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected from our office.
On check-out day, rubbish must be removed from the property. A €150 waste disposal fee will apply if not.
