Disappointing Experience - Horrible Customer Service
2.0The location (Pirin Golf) is gorgeous and there are various amenities available in the area.
− The room smelled very badly of cigarettes (even though it's a non-smoking room), we were provided with 1 towel per person for the entire stay (2 adults for 3 nights with no housekeeping or means to wash the towels ourselves), we found opened sugar packets, cigarette packets lying around and when we spoke to the owner we were just told to leave a bad review. Moreover, the owner was very rude to us over the phone, she disconnected the call whilst we were speaking to her and kept insisting that if we don't like the place we can leave and book elsewhere. After a lot of back and forth we were provided with an additional towel per person.

10.0Everything was uniquely pleasant. A great place to relax with a child! It's easy to find a free parking space. The apartment is on the first floor with a private terrace. I was impressed by the cleanliness and amenities that the owner has provided. Wonderful pools and spa area in the hotel part.
