We really enjoyed our stay at Lavender Villa. A week passed very quickly.
9.0A very spacious villa with a good size pool. The villa is very well equipped. The location is excellent for access to the beach and for ease of access to Chania town. There are lovely views along the coast towards Chania town. Effie was very welcoming and helpful, and always very cheerful.
− The pool area was very good but somewhat overlooked by a neighbouring property and also potentially by the closeness to a road at the rear where the wall was quite low in places.

9.0Stunning villa in a good location although car or taxi an absolute must with the super steep hill. Effie was the best host we could’ve asked for. She couldn’t do enough for us, kept the villa immaculate during our stay and was super friendly.
− The air con needs a serious update. It provided very little respite from the hot temperatures during July. This was literally our only bugbear with the place as absolutely everything else was perfect.
Beautiful villa with stunning views
9.0Beautiful modern villa with stunning ocean views and gardens. Lovely pool area with table tennis and lots of options for dining. Comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen was great allowing for cooking. Lovely welcome basket on arrival and great communication before and during our holiday. Effie was a perfect host, very friendly and accommodating to our family whilst being discreet.
− Only one parasol around the pool and not many shady areas so more parasols would be good. Sunbeds are a little worn. It's not a criticism of the villa as the location provides its gorgeous views, but be aware it is up a very steep hill and then with additional incline from car park to the villas. This was a challenge for us as a relatively fit family.

9.0We were on holiday, two families, 7 persons. We had wonderful time at the Rosemary Villa. The view was wonderful and the villa was so nice. The pool was in use every day and the children liked it. The villas are in the hill so car was very usefull when bringing the grocerys to seven people. Special thanks to Effie! She was so helpfull and lovely. We can warmly recommend Koukos Villas to spend holiday in Crete. Pääkkö and Laine familys
