Good value of money. Perfect choice for a large group of people

The property was well equipped, we didn’t lack anything. The host was very friendly and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. We even had a full fridge with everything we needed for breakfast, drinks, coffee, snacks. The villa is located in a quiet area which made our stay even more relaxing.

Très belle location, très propre, situation idéale pour un partage en famille avec un grand terrain très bien entretenu ! Le service et le ménage journalier sont très professionnels. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours, la climatisation est top. La piscine est juste incroyable et la grande surprise 😲 ce sont les courses faîtes et le frigo rempli à notre arrivée ! Un grand merci pour cette semaine de vacances dans une des villas de très grandes qualités ! Je recommande vivement.

Très belle maison, jardin et piscine très agréables. Beaucoup d’espaces conviviaux appréciables à différents moments de la journée. Nous avons séjourné à trois couples et six enfants. Il nous semble utile de souligner que la maison principale et l’annexe sont assez éloignées, ce qui pourrait ne pas convenir avec de jeunes enfants; et également que le standing des chambres de l’annexe est un peu en dessous, ce qui ne pose pas de problème pour les enfants mais pourrait être plus gênant pour 12 adultes. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement par une dame très sympathique. Placards et frigo garnis à l’arrivée. L’emplacement convient très bien pour découvrir l’île, aller à la plage, faire des courses ou sortir au restaurant. En résumé, nous sommes très satisfaits et recommandons cette maison.

− Quelques suggestions d’amélioration: Il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine: petites casseroles, économe, bols, saladiers. La piscine déborde assez facilement et la terrasse se retrouve vite inondée. L’écoulement de la climatisation sur la terrasse rend le sol glissant.

Hosts met us on arrival and were very accommodating of our arrival time and messaged on landing. The villa is lovely, very clean and spacious. A lovely cleaner comes daily to exchange towels and clean the villa. Hosts were very informative and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. Fridge was fully stocked in arrival which was an added bonus. Definitely would stay again

− Location isn’t very central. We enjoyed just staying at the villa and spending time in the pool but if you want to explore the island it’s best to get a car.

60th Birthday Bash

Everything, but especially the staff, Tasos, Akis and the cleaning team. We requested a cafetiere and within an hour it had been delivered along with a coffee filter machine and other coffee products. Tasos messaged me to make sure we were happy with it. There was a brief outage with WiFi, but again, within an hour of it being highlighted, 3 people turned up and fixed it. We were let down by a previously booked 11 seater taxi, but within 30 minutes Akis had arranged for an even better replacement. I have never had better service. In addition, we knew that there would be some degree of food etc in the villa, however this had been understated as it was enough to fill 2 fridges, a cupboard and two drawers. We needn't have gone shopping for three days. The villa itself has everything you could hope for, it is peaceful, very private and set within olive groves only about 2 km from Alakanas by road. (Or about the same if you want to walk through the olive trees). We were blessed by very hot and sunny weather and it is worth pointing out that even though the villa is great, the pool is even better!

− No complaints at all, but if I had to mention something, the kitchen only allows for a couple of people to be there at a time, being more galley like in shape.
