On arrival host Momo was ready on his motorbike at the main road to show our taxi driver the way to his property. Property is very well maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything even with all spices etc if you need cooking on holiday!! Pool had clean water and garden was tidy with Mimi the cat and her three kittens. Villa is in very quiet area with privacy. People in the area are friendly; we were walking back home with family at 2:00 AM and felt very safe. Lots of food places about 10 minutes’ walk around ferry area. There are three grocery shops just outside on the main road, Hamada Market is the best and Abdul is very helpful. People on the west side are much more friendly and just leave you alone unlike east side! Momo helped us to book private boat to visit Luxor temple on the day of arrival and guided tour to the valley of kings the next morning. The boat captain Abdullah and guide Garib are very good. Overall, I am very happy with my stay. Highly recommended.

My stay at the Luxor Rose Villa was truly something special. From the very first moment, I felt not like a guest, but at home. The villa is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything is lovingly maintained, and you can immediately see the care and attention that has gone into every detail. I especially loved the beautiful garden. It is a peaceful oasis where you can relax, unwind, and simply enjoy the moment. What made my stay truly unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality. The host is warm, attentive, and always willing to help. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and is always available with support and advice whenever needed. For me, the Luxor Rose Villa was much more than just a place to stay – it was a place to arrive, feel comfortable, and create wonderful memories. I am very grateful for this beautiful experience and will look back on it with great fondness. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Luxor.

Splendida villa in ottima posizione a Luxor!

Nulla da dire. Questa villa è eccezionale in tutto. Pulita, enorme, con una spledida piscina....raramente si trovano sistemazioni impeccabili come questa. La villa si trova sulla sponda ovest del Nilo in una posizione tranquilla, a due passi da market e buoni ristoranti. Con 1 euro ti fai traghettare dalla parte opposta del fiume e sei subito al Tempio di Luxor. Inoltre Mr. Momo che gestisce le prenotazioni è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Qualunque problema tu abbia, te lo risolve in un istante. Ti prenota qualunque cosa tu abbia bisogno, dal transfer per l'aeroporto, ai taxi che ti accompagnano negli itinerari che vuoi visitare e soprattutto ad ottimi prezzi. Lo ringrazio tantissimo per averci fatto passare 3 splendidi giorni nella in questa fantastica città!!

This place is a haven on earth. Host is a really awesome person ready to help as soon as you book the property he will contact you if ask for any help. He has stored all the spices in kitchen, he kept the washing detergent if u want to wash clothes which usually people neglect though they provide washing machine and other facilities. Beautiful Villa, well maintained with swimming pool. Lovely place to stay and enjoy with your family. Its just around Nile river and you can take a ferry from there. He also helps in taking cab if required to visit places around with a lovely guide (sorry forgot name). Guide was exceptional and the cab driver too .. Host Mohammed helped me to go and buy fresh fish from market and we cooked the fish and had a lovely dinner ... Thanks Mohammed and team for all your help ... you are truly a genuine person I have met who is doing all that he can beyond business, may God bless you and your family. I would give 100 stars if the system will allow me to give rating.. very nice place, and safe too with all the restaurants and markets very nearby
