It was a wonderful stay in the house and the beds were comfortable.
7.0The layout of the house was very cute
− The kitchen was lacking a microwave.
Guest review
6.0Overall, our stay at this villa was quite pleasant. The unique decor and cleanliness were definite highlights. Although we only used the second floor (with one of the bathrooms locked), the living space was still spacious enough for our needs. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late at night, but the host’s daughter was extremely helpful—she even prepared breakfast ingredients in advance, which was a lifesaver for us the next morning.
− However, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning: 1. **Bed arrangements** – All three rooms had only single beds (one room had two singles), which wasn’t ideal for our family with a young child. 2. **Underutilized garden** – The villa’s garden was large but lacked proper leisure amenities. More comfortable outdoor seating would have made a big difference. 3. **Heat and mosquitoes** – July in Milan was extremely hot, and the villa had no air conditioning. Additionally, the absence of window screens made it impossible to ventilate the rooms at night due to the overwhelming number of mosquitoes in the garden, leaving the interior uncomfortably stuffy.
Exceptional
10.0this is a unique place. We were so happy to stay in such impressive place. This villa has soooo many historical little things, fantastic furniture and great garden with high trees. It’s like to stay for several nights in a museum. And despite its long history it has different modern accessories for shower and washing
− There are no such things
Exceptional
10.0The surprise that we were renting someone's ancestral home, on a half-acre of land! Every piece of furniture is a marvel, & the whole family contributes to the enterprise's success. Their 2024 booking.com plaque displayed inside the front door says it all -- a 10!
− mosquitos outside.

10.0Large gargen and beautiful spacious historic typical house
We'll be back!
10.0The location is superb. A great park with majestic old trees. A big house with a history to tell. The kitchen has everything one needs, not modern but efficient. The park and the house were sparkling clean.
− There was not something we particularly disliked. Just little disturbances... There is an elevator but unfortunately not accessible... The matrasses in the master bedroom are a bit too soft.
