Location

− Advertaized as a whole villa rented to us . But later the owner Ranarunga came and argued it’s only one room that was rented . Toilets were dirt with poop Stanton’s from last visitor , water drain clogging and over flowing , sink and tiles never washed , rodents in the house , bed linen dirty stains , mouldy smell entire house took 2 day s to get rid of it . Booked for 3 nights , but owner was forcefully asking us to leave in the 2 nd day as he’d personal matters to attend out of town . I st night no wifi for a long time until complained & was fixing it hanging in there with another person . No privacy as we were disturbed early morning to move furniture . No sense of hospitality and ethics but Opening another guest house by the name of Yale reach tissamaharama . Will not recommend this property or any of his places to any one . Even after showing the short comings yet charged the full amount in cash . Worst experience ever . It messed up my entire travel plans as I suddenly had to find another place . When explained to the owner he raised his voice to its customer s . Kept on blaming the care taker Ray .
