Our stay at La Risa, Goa (Bungalow 09) was extremely disappointing and amounted to harassment.
1.0− Our stay at La Risa, Goa (Bungalow 09) was extremely disappointing and amounted to harassment. From day one, we faced multiple failures of basic facilities: From day one, we faced multiple issues — the exhaust fan was not working, there was constant carpentry work noise outside the premises, and we had no electricity for several hours on both days. It completely ruined our experience and made the stay very uncomfortable. When we requested a refund due to these issues, the property shifted responsibility to Booking.com, but there was no proper support or direct contact available. We ended up losing both our money and our peace during the stay. Would definitely not recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant or hassle-free experience. Our stay at La Risa, Goa (Bungalow 09) was extremely disappointing and amounted to harassment. From day one, we faced multiple failures of basic facilities: *Issues faced:* 1. *No water in toilets* — No flush water for the entire morning in both rooms. We couldn’t use the bathrooms properly or maintain basic hygiene. 2. *No water in bathrooms* — No water for bathing the whole morning in both rooms. Our group had to go without bathing. 3. *Non-functional exhaust fan* in the bathroom throughout the stay 4. *Constant carpentry/construction noise* right outside the premises on both days 5. *No electricity for several hours* on both days of our stay 6. *AC working extremely slow* — Room remained hot and uncomfortable despite running it 7. *Staff unavailability* — Attendants never available on time. We had to repeatedly call for room cleaning and utensil cleaning. This was not a minor inconvenience. Having no water for toilet use or bathing is a serious hygiene issue. The entire pleasure trip was ruined due to these basic service failures. When we requested a refund/compensation, the property refused responsibility and shifted it to http://Booking.com.
