1.0− ⚠️ EXPERIENCIA TOTALMENTE INACEPTABLE ⚠️ Nuestra reserva fue pagada completamente en el momento de la reserva, dos semanas antes del viaje. Sin embargo, el anfitrión canceló el alojamiento solo 1 hora antes de nuestra llegada, dejándonos literalmente en la calle, con 4 niños pequeños (13, 12, 10 y 7 años), sin ningún lugar alternativo ni asistencia por su parte. Debido a que el pago para esta casa ya se había realizado con anticipación, nuestros fondos estaban bloqueados y no pudimos realizar un nuevo pago con tarjeta para otro alojamiento, ya que el banco no autorizaba otra suma tan grande en el mismo día. Esto nos puso en una situación extremadamente estresante e injusta, completamente evitable. Para empeorar la situación, el reembolso se realizó recién después de 10 días, dejándonos sin recursos financieros durante el viaje y causando un gran estrés emocional, especialmente para los niños. Este comportamiento demuestra una falta absoluta de profesionalismo, responsabilidad y respeto humano. Cancelar una reserva pagada y confirmada solo una hora antes de la llegada, a una familia con niños, es totalmente inaceptable y no debería tolerarse en ninguna plataforma seria. ❌ No recomendamos este alojamiento bajo ninguna circunstancia. Si no quieren arriesgarse a quedarse sin techo en el último momento, eviten este lugar.

9.0− The fittings on the large glass doors didn't work well, there were no air conditioners in the two small bedrooms, but these are minor things compared to the overall positive impression of the villa
