In a peaceful location yet only 5mins to the beach, supermarket and restaurants galore and a small but brilliant strip of bars. The pool was amazing.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations! The villa is absolutely wonderful and has everything needed for a perfect holiday. It is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, clean towels and fresh bed linen, a barbecue area, and, of course, a beautiful swimming pool. Everything is thoughtfully designed and arranged, making our stay extremely comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, with several supermarkets just a short walk away and the beach very close by. We would especially like to thank the hosts for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. From the warm welcome upon our arrival to their thoughtful farewell, they made us feel truly at home and part of the family. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. And Cyprus itself is simply breathtaking—a true little paradise. We would love to come back!

Das Wichtigste vorweg: man spürt und sieht in Zypern Null und gar nichts von Krieg. Das Leben auf Zypern ist absolut normal und friedlich. Die Kalamies Family Villa war perfekt für ein paar Tage Badeferien/Workation in der Vorsaison. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht inkl. schnelles Internet. Es ist ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nahe am Strand und Supermarkt etc. Die Hosts sind supernett und unkompliziert. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut! Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

The villa was lovely and clean, couldn’t fault a thing. All facilities worked and in fab condition. The owner was lovely and met us early morning when we arrived at the villa, leaving us water, milk, bread and cheese which was lovely. She gave us lots of advice and local recommendations which we appreciated .The villas pool was cleaned regularly whilst we stayed which was reassuring to us. All rooms are very spacious and clean. Defo recommend. Suited us as a family of 5 and in such a great area!
