− Pin code for house key lock did not work. Rang owner left message. Rang 3 more times over half an hour period before we got through to the owner. She took another 1/2 hour or more before she came with a key to get in and linen to finish making beds. Photos on the website need to be updated to show what it looks like now not 20 years ago. Lawns front and rear had not been mown for a month. Owner came back Sunday Arvo to mow the lawns while we were there. Back patio was filthy could not sit on the chairs as they were covered with birdshit as was the floor which need a good clean. Windows had not been cleaned. Moss growing on window sills.
Plenty of room Beds comfortable. Quite close to Belgrave which is what we wanted

− Dishwasher was broken Hadn’t been working for a long time as had a mouldy smell. Unfortunately there were only 3 forks and 4 knives and 3 dining room chairs Outside needed some TLC

− Upstairs was open to downstairs lounge and main dining through cut it walls. yet was a “bedroom”. Property was a little dated but was still perfect value.
