Größe, Sauberkeit

− Der Farmer, der den Generator seiner Wasserpumpe jeden Abend zwischen 20-22:00 Uhr für 30-45 Minuten laufen lies. Unsere kleine Enkeltochter konnte nicht schlafen und eine Unterhaltung auf der Terrasse war fast nicht möglich. Host konnte hier nichts machen.

The bedrooms all had en-suite which was great with their being 7 of us. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. The pool was FAB! It was easy to contact for support when needed.

− There could have been more written instructions for a couple of things, for example the pool and outside lights.

Schönes Haus, was ein paar Investitionen nötig hat.

Es ist grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus mit genügend Platz, wir waren mit 2 Familien vor Ort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es sind nur 16 Minuten Fahrt bis zum Strand von Alcudia. Und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto nur 6 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist fantastisch und man kann den ganzen Tag wunderbar am Pool verbringen. Im Haus ist ein großer Esstisch und Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden. Jeder Schlafraum ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet was das Schlafen bei 35 Grad erträglich machte. Toll ist, dass jeder Schlafraum auch ein eigenes Bad hat. Es ist schade, dass diesem wirklich tollen Haus nicht ein wenig mehr Kompfort gegönnt wird. Dafür war der Preis dann leider zu hoch.

− Leider waren immer noch die Herdplatten nicht Instand gesetzt sind. Dies kann man aus älteren Bewertungen lesen. Es funktionieren nur 2 Herdplatten. Die Pfannen und Töpfe sind schlecht ausgestattet, daß Essen pappte an und man konnte für 8 Personen so nicht wirklich kochen. Dafür haben wir dann einfach mehr gegrillt. Wir hatten einen Kurzschluss im Kinderzimmer, da hier Ameisen sich in den Leitungen breit gemacht hatten. Es rieselte jede Nacht Dreck von der Decke und wir mussten die Kinderbetten verschieben. Im 2. Bad lag der gleiche Dreck und Ameisen jeden Morgen auf dem Waschbecken. Für die Steckdose kam aber jemand der das wieder in Ordnung gebracht hatte. Die Ameisen in der Küche waren unangenehm, haben wir aber durch zu tägliches Wischen und starkes verpacken der Lebensmittel gut in den Griff bekommen.

Obiekt był dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach, czysty, czysty basen z chłodną wodą, wyposażona kuchnia. Działająca klimatyzacja w sypialniach. Blisko do Lidla (5 min samochodem :) do najdalszego miejsca na wyspie jest okolo 1h

Overall had a lovely holiday and very happy with booking.com and foravila rentals

Positives - A lovely big villa with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with effecient air conditioning and a great outside space and swimming pool and good overall facilities. Foravila rentals and the owner were both extremely responsive to a couple of issues which arose during our stay and did their best to help.

− Accepting that the location of the villa is in an agricultural area there were two evenings when a generator belonging to a farm next door was running until 9.30pm. This generator is immediately adjacent to the villa grounds and was very loud and to be honest ruined a couple of our evenings sat outside trying to enjoy our dinner. It seems wrong that this should be running at that time of the day. It is the second time we have stayed at the villa, and we feel that it needs freshening up in a few small ways - for example a couple of the pedal bins were broken, the decor is very dated such as the dry flower arrangement on the main table, the bathrooms are a little tired, some of the outside lights around the pool area need replacing, a few of the drinking glasses were chipped.
