8.0Finca an sich, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung.
− Extrem viele Anweisungen und Vorschriften, Abfall muss komplett selbst entsorgt werden (man wird mit einer Zahlung von 90€ Strafe bedroht, wenn man es nicht macht). Für den Preis der Finca ist es extrem kleinlich und nicht sehr komfortabel, dass man bei Abreise sämtliche Abfälle selbst auf den Recyclinghof fahren muss. Ebenso, dass die Klimaanlange extra kostet. Kein sehr einladender und gastfreundlicher Umgang.
Traumhafter Urlaub, bis nächstes Jahr!
10.0Wir haben nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser traumhaften Finca Urlaub gemacht und waren wieder begeistert. Die Lage, Ausstattung und Atmosphäre sind einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der tolle Service: Als die Gasheizung kurzzeitig nicht funktionierte, wurde sofort geholfen – schneller geht’s kaum! Auch das Lattenrost, das im letzten Jahr etwas instabil war, wurde inzwischen perfekt repariert. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet wird. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

The perfect place for our family holiday!
9.0The villa is in a great location; it’s an easy 10 minute drive to Pollença and 15 minutes to Alcudia. It’s also very straightforward getting there from the airport. We loved the pool especially as it was so hot! It’s very secluded and private. The house is beautifully decorated and we loved the different seating areas. The kitchen has everything you need; we especially liked the nespresso machine for our caffeine fix first thing.
− We appreciated the milk and water left on arrival but some hand soap in the bathrooms would have also been nice (and hygienic!). You have to dispose of your own rubbish which is easy enough to do but a bit of a nuisance if you are leaving very early in the morning like we were as the waste disposal doesn’t open until 9am so we had to take a bag of rubbish we’d gathered over the night and dispose of at the airport as we were worried about being charged a fee.
