Very relaxing vacation in a calm Finca. Nice layout, great space and helpful owner.
8.0Large house with 4 sleeping rooms, large living room and kitchen area. Dish washer available. Mattresses are comfortable. Very remote and calm but Santanyi Centre reachable in 7min by car (supermarkets reachable in 7’min). Reach to the airport within 30min by car. Finca well situated to comfortably reach nice beaches as well as all major towns and villages within 30-45min.
− Internet solely strong in living area. In 2 of 4 sleeping rooms no Wi-Fi and no LTE available. Number of towels could be preset more generously by the owner. On demand additional Pool towels had been delivered instantly. No microwave Oven is old and need replacement. It works but not well. Toaster works but need replacement. Interior of the Finca is functional but not luxurious or of high quality. Bathrooms are functional but more 80/90s style. Water taps in the bathrooms need to get replaced as the water flow is either too little or too strong. Owner seems to speak Spanish only, may cause communication challenges with the guests.
