Quality stay in a great house. Loved it.

The house and surroundings are beautiful. The communal area (living rooms and kitchen) are big and although we where 8 grown ups and 2 children there was plenty of space for everybody and it never felt crowded. The pool is simply fantastic, clean and well maintained. Francesca, the person in charge of the house, is very helpful and is willing to do anything to make your stay and experience as enjoyable as possible. The surroundings of the house are kept to top standards to avoid mosquito bites for the guests. Real focus on the guest here.

− The only downside is the quality of the internet if you have work/meetings to attend to remotely during the stay. Pillows in the bed where a little "strange" i.e. hard but I expect that to be personal choice for each and every guest.

Excellent villa - critical owner on property

Awesome location, beautiful nature around the villa, beautiful villa, well equipped kitchen, separate bathrooms for every bedroom, AC in all bedrooms (not in other rooms), beautiful pool with nice sun beds and shade, basic charcoal bbq with awesome outside dining table, we spotted falcons and deers around the villa, etc. Accommodated our mixed group of family and friends with at times ~12 people of all ages (11 month to +70y) really well. The villa is from the 60s with beautiful terra cotta floors, and the decor is a wild mix of everything really. It has its own vibe. Owner offered to clean and wash and no extra cost (we only had her clean the ground floor once and did most ourselves).

− The owner lives on the property in the structure next to the pool (windows facing the pool). She is extremely protective of the villa. For example, we got told off for fingerprints on windows, carrying grass on our feet into the pool, wearing too much sunscreen when entering the pool, spilling candle wax outside, not to spill anything on the unsealed terra cotta in the villa, etc.. She was around the villa everyday to inspect (thats how it felt) and can do better in the principle of the best service is the one you don't even notice. Findings the villa was not super straightforward for all guest you need to closely follow the instructions and set the GPS to the entrance of the private road (not the property itself). There could be more activities like games, pool toys, etc. within the villa for the guests and it would be great to write down the rules for the villa so its easier for people to understand. Lots of mosquitos in the evening (despite amazing effort to keep them away by the owner).

La Villa è eccezionale ed il patio ne è la sua espressione migliore! Il parco della Villa è enorme, addirittura vi è un lago al suo interno e per il nostro Bracco Italiano è stato un week end bellissimo. La casa poi ha tutto quello che serve per trascorrere dei giorni piacevoli con un gruppo di amici, tante stanze, tutte con bagno privato e una cucina molto adeguata. Sedute per chiunque, sdraio, divani, lettini prendisole, insomma...torneremo anche per poter sfruttare la piscina che da te le temperature ancora non era aperta.

− Francesca è una buona padrona di casa, ha molto a cuore la Villa per cui svolge ogni tipo di lavoro di manutenzione e senza di lei, Villa Il Turchetto non sarebbe la stessa cosa. Se mi posso permettere un consiglio, al check in e al check out servirebbe un pelo di empatia in più. La declinazione di tutte le regole di una casa vanno bene, ma l'accoglienza deve farla sempre da padrona!

Wir waren mit einer großen Freundesgruppe in diesem wundervollen Haus. Alles war perfekt. Francesca wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück direkt am Pool und kümmert sich um alles. Sie hat uns selbst angebaute Tomaten und Zucchini gebracht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen :-)

La villa è spaziosa, e ben posizionata rispetto alle terme. La abbiamo trovata pulita e la cucina è fornita di tutto quello che serve per cucinare. Il barbecue è comodo e ben fatto. Francesca, che vive in una dè stata disponibile e flessibile. Abbiamo sempre trovato la soluzione a tutte le esigenze.
