9.0Location was perfect, between the town and the beach. Having access to the private beach was useful too.
− The doors for locking were a bit confusing at first
Nice view and nice location. Cosy house but some refurbishments might be opportune.
7.0The view is very nice. Nearby the coast, and close to a little town
− In April, it's still cold in Sicily. There is no heating (except for a wood burn stove), and the wind blows below and above the windows. In summer, it's probably another case. Cosy house, but a lot of rubbish in it (old cutlery, old blankets, ...). Some refurbishment might be opportune.
