Dommage, la maison et le jardin pourraient être magnifiques mais ce n’est pas suffisamment entretenu. Trop cher pour la
6.0Très grande maison, grandes chambres. Maison proche de la plage avec une jolie vue mer depuis le toit terrasse. Agence très réactive et répondant à nos messages.
− Maison avec du potentiel, mais très mal entretenue. Le jardin est dans un état déplorable, dommage car il pourrait être joliment aménagé. Il manque une table extérieur correcte pour manger, un parasol ou une voile d’ombrage. Compte tenu du prix est de la prestation proposée, il serait bien également de proposer des transats en extérieur. Très nombreux dysfonctionnements (le portail ne fonctionnait plus). Le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas, il a été changé. Il y a eu une fuite au niveau du lave-vaisselle, pas de penderie dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée…

9.0Die Lage war top. auch wenn man nicht weit fahren möchte,hats einen tollen Strand 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist mit sehr konfortablen Betten ausgesttatet und hat auch 3 grosszügige Badezimmer. wir empfehlen den Poettostrand oder Solanas 35min entfernt. Zum essen gibts genug Restaurants.in der Hochsaison bitte 1 Tag vorher reservieren. Cagliari unbedingt besuchen..
− Den Gartensitzplatz könnte man noch mit einem riesigen Sonnenschirm austatten dann kann man noch schöne Stunden draussen verbringen.

− Far away from supermarkets, needs to have a car or get a taxi to get grosseries, also quite a walk to the closest restaurants too.

3.0Ci siamo stati così poche ore dalle 18:00 alle 10:00 del giorno successivo che non ci è stato possibile sfruttare l'appartamento.
− C'è stato un blocco generale degli aeroporti del nord Italia e hanno cancellato più di 130 voli del 28/06/25 dalle 21:00 - notizia resa nota anche ai telegiornali - e pertanto non siamo potuti partire se non dopo aver dormito sulle panchine in aeroporto il giorno successivo. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato la struttura ma ci è stato negato il rimborso di 1 notte. Di fronte ad eventi eccezionali di questo genere, non si può reagire così. Qui si tratta di buon senso e invece ci siamo trovati di fronte, degli sciacalli.

Could do with some improvements
6.0Location to Beach was perfect. 4 bedrooms was a great set up. Air-conditioning was great and all split systems on together was fine.
− The unmaintained yard. Knee high weeds when we walked in the gate, dead lawn covered with prickles. No shaded areas outside the house, lots of sunny locations to sit. House had things that look unfinished inside. The amount of items on the kitchen bench and in the bin storage area left the place feeling untidy. Broken cupboard doors in kitchen. An ant problem in the kitchen, which when we contacted Fabio he came and provided antrid and bait promptly. It would have been great to have basic kitchen items provided such as cooking oil, tea towels, paper towel, washing liquid etc especially as supermarkets were a distance and we didn't have access to a car
