9.0Lovely large villa with plenty of room for our group of 10 people. It's a 15 minute downhill walk to town/beach. The kitchen and utility are very will equipped. The pool area is large and clean and there are plenty of pools towels to use. The pool table and table tennis table were great for keeping the teenagers entertained.
− The bunk room is best suited for children or young teens, air conditioning would be a good addition in this room.
Fussläufige Lage mit Billiardtisch und schönem Pool
8.0Die Villa war sehr groß und für 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind perfekt. Gut war die Sitzgelegenheit oberhalb des Pools, da das Kleinkind (1 1/2) dort genug Bewegungsmöglichkeit hatte und sicher vor dem Pool war. Sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten in der Poolarea. Highlight war der Billiardtisch, das Grillhaus, der riesige Pool (sehr erfrischend)und das WC und Umkleidemöglichkeit beim Pool. Ausreichend Pooltücher. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und vielen Dank nochmals für die portugisischen Kekse in der ersten Ferienwoche und den leckeren Kuchen in Woche 2. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt nebenan und so hat man immer sofort einen Ansprechpartner, sie nutzen die Garagen auf dem Grundstück selbst.
− Dieses Haus ist für 10 Personen ausgelegt und man erhält zwei Schlüsselsätze. Das verursachte bei uns Stress in der Organisation. Besser und zeitgemässer fänden wir einen Schlüsseltresor am Eingang. Das Geschirr ist wild zusammengewürfelt, es ist massenhaft vorhanden aber ohne jeden Stil. Wir haben alles in der Geschirrspülmaschine gewaschen, was stundenlang dauerte. Es war teilweise sehr schmutzig. Das Haus liegt an einer Einfallstrasse nach Carvoeiro und es ist keine ruhige Lage zu den Stosszeiten. Wenig Baumschatten( erst nachmittags) und um den Sonnenschirm haben wir sehr gebeten, er war zwingend erforderlich besonders morgens für die obere Terrasse

10.0There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room for all. Perfect location, with the main town only a 15 minute walk. Mathilde was an amazing host, very friendly, and brought us a freshly made cake round which was delicious.

− There is nothing to dislike about the property. I would suggest an improvement would be air conditioning in the bunk bed room

10.0The accommodation was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with 2 bigfridges. The house has 3 bathrooms, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, billiards and tabletennis, barbeque, several outdoor seating areas, everything perfect. The swimming pool withclean and warm salt water was the icing on the cake. Two showers and a toilet by the pool.The villa is in a quiet location, 15 minutes walk from the wonderful beach and the center ofCarvoeiro. Even at the beginning of October, the weather was pleasant and sunny and we could fullyenjoy the pool. Boat trips on the beach are highly recommended.
