10.0Fantastic property set in beautiful settings. So peaceful. Everything you need for your stay (except of course food) is in the property. Very spacious. There was 11 of us and not once did we feel that we were on top of each other.

Our Italian paradise!
10.04 nights in an Italian dream! Genuinely the pictures don't do it justice. The villa is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean. The pool was spacious with views over the Marche countryside. The gardens were beautiful too, and filled with rosemary and lavender which smelt amazing. Communication was great with both owner and property manager messaging via whats app. Thank you for a wonderful few days away! We hope to come back again.
− The villa is fairly remote in the hills and located down a long and winding road. Closest supermarket is 20 minutes away. We loved the quiet, relaxation and calm, but those wanting more activity may feel a bit remote. The villa location in the countryside meant bugs and creatures were everywhere.The villa had netting at the windows however wasps, flies, beetles, spiders, crickets,moths and butterflies and lizards all became our friends.
Exceptional
10.0Beautifully finished villa esp as it is very unusual to get a modern place to stay in an old building in Italy with all the mod cons. Gorgeous setting, with incredible views from the pool. Most of all - the hosts were fantastic; so easy to communicate with and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, including going above and beyond ro boom taxis, restaurants etc. Highly recommend!
