- fantastic communication from hosts - a lovely welcome with generous array of local goods (milk, fruit, cakes, honey, oil etc) - beautiful, clean villa with high standards throughout - amazing views, especially the sunsets! - two cleaning visits within a week, fresh towels etc - fantastic pool area, comfy sunbeds, outdoor dining area & parasols

− - the dirt track/ road leading up to the villa is very steep and very bumpy which makes it too tricky to walk for most people (not that the hosts can help that) but worth considering for accessibility

Tutto perfetto! La casa era strutturata perfettamente per accogliere 3 coppie. Rifiniture di lusso, cucina super attrezzata con elettrodomestici di ottima qualità , balcone per la colazione o per cenare con vista meravigliosa sul mare, area piscina con vista mozza fiato sia di giorno che al tramonto, area barbecue perfetta. La casa è su due livelli, sul primo livello c’è una camera con bagno (vista piscina e mare), la cucina con bagno di servizio, il salone, il grande balcone con tavolo per 6 persone, l’area piscina con vasca idromassaggio, un grande tavolo per 10 persone e il barbecue con lavabo e piano di lavoro. Nel piano inferiore ci sono altre due camere con bagno in camera ( una leggermente più piccola) con una bellissima vista mare. sempre al piano inferiore in una stanza c’è la yacuzzi per 4 persone e la sauna, un ripostiglio con lavatrice e asciugatrice e fuori tavolo da Ping pong, giochi vari per bambini e una enorme Area divano per l’aperitivo al tramonto. Ci Hanno fornito anche 2 ombrelloni di Ottima qualità. All’arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare frutta fresca, dolci freschi, base per prima colazione (uova, miele, the, caffè, succo, biscotti, torta, burro, marmellata) e per cucinare (olio, sale, origano ecc), oltre ai detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. C’è stato fornito un servizio di pulizia dopo 3 giorni e abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e il cambio asciugamani. Infine l’accoglienza di Dimitri e’ stata ottima. Purtroppo avevamo affittato una macchina da una pessima compagnia (SK) che si è fermata a 15 minuti dalla casa e Dimitri è venuto a prenderci e ci ha portato alla villa. la moglie ci ha fornito tutte le Informazioni per le taverne e ristoranti della zona. La spiaggia di falasarna è a pochi minuti da casa.

− Per arrivare alla villa e’ necessario percorrere 850 metri di sterrato, ma niente di impossibile

We loved everything about our stay at the property! Starting with one of the owners meeting us at the property and taking the time to give a tour and explain everything, to finding that they had gone above and beyond in supplying the kitchen with staples and treats for our arrival (water, eggs, bread, butter, cold cuts, cheese, cakes, cookies, wine, honey, olive oil, spices/condiments, numerous coffee pods, etc.). Coffee and meals on the covered terrace and enjoying the amazing pool, both with magical views of Falassarna Beach and incredible sunsets), were happy times that we will long remember as a family. The indoor hot tub and dry sauna were also a very enjoyable bonus. Several world class beaches and great restaurants were a short drive (>5 minutes) away, if you can tear yourself away from this amazing property. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and large showers in the bathrooms. We also enjoyed the property with fully equipped kitchen, garden, green lawn, olive trees, grapes vines, pomegranate tree etc.(and washer and dryer!). Overall, amazing owners and property that we hope to return to in the future.

− The only thing that would have made it even more perfect would have been a hot tub out on the deck to enjoy the amazing views!

Everything. The view is unbelievable. The beds and pillows are comfy. The air con worked. Gas bbq and a mid week thorough clean.

This property is a dream - it has everything you could ask for on holiday. Our hosts, Dimitris and Nancy were so welcoming, and on arrival, we were greeted nu Dimitris who took his time to explain everything we needed to know, also sending a check in message mid way to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything, to let him know. We had a fruit basket on arrival, delicious cake and biscuits, coffee pods and other key pantry essentials - not to mention breakfast items in the fridge so that we could settle in for the evening. This property is beautiful and beyond out expectations- photos cannot do it justice. From the jacuzzi and sauna, big comfortable beds and pillows, amenities in the bathroom (so good!), beautiful private sunset views over the Falasarna beach, infinity pool, large property with different spaces for enjoyment, built with the stones from the very hillside behind the property, too many other things to mention. We love this villa, we love Crete and will definitely come back! Thank you so much to you Dimitris and Nancy - you have really created a getaway!
