7.0Parkirišče in veliki notranji prostori.
− V opisu je bilo navedeno, da so v nastanitvi 4 spalnice in 4 kopalnice, kar je bil naš glavni kriterij. V resnici so kopalnice 3 in en WC v pritličju.
Kuća ne opravdava cijenu koju plaćate.
4.0Čistoća, bazen i prostranost.
− Po dolasku kuća nije bila spremna za check-in, iako je vrijeme dolaska bilo unaprijed potvrđeno preko Bookinga od strane domaćina. Kuhinja, sobe i kupaonice još nisu bile očišćene, zbog čega smo s četvero djece, uključujući bebu od 3 mjeseca, morali otići na neplaniranu večeru i čekati da se čišćenje dovrši. To nam je predstavljalo dodatni trošak i vrlo neugodan početak boravka nakon dugog puta. Općenito je kuća čista i po pitanju čistoće nemamo zamjerke. Međutim, tijekom boravka nije radio internet, a u kući nisu bile dostupne ni neke osnovne stvari poput deterdženta za suđe, ugljena i drva za roštilj (ne očekujemo da u kuću koja ima roštilj moramo nositi svoja drva). Također, nedostajali su sadržaji koje možda nije nužno imati, ali ih očekujemo u smještaju ovog cjenovnog ranga, primjerice kava, gel za tuširanje, fen, ručnici za bazen i slično. Moramo spomenuti i da je kvaliteta jastuka bila ispod očekivane razine jer su bili “grudasti” i vrlo neudobni za spavanje. Domaćini su bili brzi u komunikaciji. Ipak, osim bazena i čistoće, kuća ne nudi sadržaj ni razinu opremljenosti koja bi opravdala cijenu smještaja.

− Non è una critica, solo un consiglio se qualcuno cerca qualcosa vicino al centro la posizione non è il massimo ma per un weekend di relax è perfetta
Gute Hausstruktur, jedoch mit diversen Mängeln
7.0Als wir 10 Tage allein in diesem Areal waren, gefiel uns die absolute Ruhe, sowie der Pool. Selbst die Lage etwas abseits und doch nur 10 min mit dem Auto zum Strand oder 15 min zur Altstadt nach Porec. Top!
− Was uns nicht gefallen hat? -Wir hatten, Gott sei Dank nur 3 Tage, eine Truppe mit 7 Jugendlichen als Nachbarn. (Es liegen zwei Einheiten/DH nebeneinander mit Abgrenzung) Die jungen Leute haben andere Interessen, als wir in Form einer Familie. Infolgedessen hat uns die Unruhe nicht gefallen. Weiterhin sind einige Mängel in der Villa. (Bettwäsche teilweise mangelhaft, Geschirr/Gläser verkalkt, Armatur im OG Bad links defekt, Aussenrollladen im OG/Flur nicht benutzbar, etc.) Ein no Go, das untere Zimmer konnte zum Schlafen nicht benutzt werden, auf Grund eines modrigen, feuchten Geruches. Schlechte Internetverbindung!!
