9.0The villa was very comfortable and very well equipped with everything plus additional sheets, pillowcases, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. New appliances. Stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, all functioning well. A large patio for outside dining or coffee. Air conditioned. Nice pool. The pool is shared with tenants of the other few buildings of the complex, however most of the time we did not have neighbors. One needs a car to go the beach although one can also reach it by foot in 30-40 minutes. We enjoyed the calmness of the villa. It is about 3 kms from the action in Primorsko but for us this was a plus. Quiet place, great for relaxation but close enough to go out for dining in town in 5 minutes.
− I put 9 stars out of 10 because although the villa itself was spotless inside, the patio area could have been cleaner and a rug could have been added to enter the kitchen from the patio, coming wet from the pool. Also, something that is not a fault of the villa complex itself, but should be noted as a warning: the last 300 meters to the villa is a dirt and gravel road and the last 30 meters are pretty steep. An older or lower suspension car may have a problem with that, something to keep in mind.

A damage deposit of BGN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
