Schöne, großzügige Villa
9.0Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch gute Verkehrsanbindung, toller, gut gepflegter Pool. Schöne Villa mit großem Platzangebot, gut ausgestattete Küche. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber. Dass der sehr freundliche Besitzer jeden Morgen den Pool gewartet hat, hat uns keineswegs gestört. Er war so früh am Morgen am Grundstück, dass wir ihn gar nicht bemerkt haben. Es wurde uns freundlicherweise auch gestattet unser Auto zum Selbstkostenpreis zu laden - eine Ladestation gibt es am Grundstück nicht.
− Die beiden Bäder im Obergeschoß sollten renoviert werden - Leitungen, die über Putz verlegt sind und auf die Badewannen aufgesetzte Plastikduschkabinen sowie Ablagen über den Waschbecken, die es nahezu unmöglich machen das Gesicht zu waschen, sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Insgesamt ist das aber dennoch Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aufgrund eines kleinen Teichs am Grundstück gibt es extrem viele Gelsen und man sollte Repellents und Gelsenstecker mitbringen zudem es an den fenstern keine Fliegengitter gibt. Dass die Besitzerin unangekündigt zum Gartengiessen kam und sich auch nicht aufhalten ließ während wir draussen frühstückten wäre verzichtbar gewesen.

10.0Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa! It was absolutely beautiful and Giovanni and his mother were absolutely amazing hosts. Our friends left their wallet at time of checkout and Giovanni sent it to Canada free of charge. The location was perfect for driving to different areas of Tuscany, was sparkling clean and the the pool was fantastic! We highly recommend this Villa. Thank you Giovanni and your mom for such a wonderful stay!
