10.0The location was perfect in all ways. This was not a pleasure nor business trip. The quiet, private (not isolated) location was a lifesaver. A quiet retreat from the sad task at hand. The kitchen was fully stocked with most large and small appliances, several ways to make coffee and anything else required to make a small or elaborate meal. The Ninja blender so useful that I ordered one as soon as I arrived home. The outside was also stocked with comfortable seating in a perfect location.
