Asukoht on suurepärane, oma rand. Rand on kivine, sissepääs merre samuti, kuid see väga ei seganud. Larnaka lennujaam on üpris kaugel. Soovitan valida seda kohta pigem neile, kes saabuvad Paphose lennujaama. Piirkond on rahulik. Voodid on mugavad, kõik vajalikud köögitarbed olid olemas. Jacuzzi kasutasime vaid paaril päeval, kuid lastele see meeldis. Kliimaseadet ei kasutanud, sest väljas ei olnud veel nii palav, samuti õhtuti polnud külm. Piljard on hea meelelahutus.

− Suureks probleemiks oli töötavate valgustite lülitite leidmine esimesel korrusel. Kuna saabusime pimedas, siis majja sisenedes otsisime u 10 min, kust saaks valgust panna. Maja haldajal soovitame kasutada led-valgustid, need lähevad kiiremini põlema, kui tubades paigaldatud luminofoorlambid. Samuti puudusid rannarätikud, pidime neid eraldi küsima. Basseini ääres on vaid 2 lamamistooli. Seda on kindlasti vähe. Kuigi meiega võttis ühendust maja koristaja ja kõik meie mured olid lahendatud, siiski ei ole ma aru saanud, kui tihti koristaja käib maja koristamas. Igatahes meie viibimise ajal seda ei toimunud kordagi. Siiski võiks öelda, et meie puhkus oli tore ja minu poolt esile toodud puudused on vaid väiksed märguanded maja haldajale, et teha see koht veel paremaks ja hubasemaks!

Amazing view, well taken cared property.

The place has a magnificent view next to the beach. The house , despite being old , it is well maintained with focus in detail. It has all you need. The property manager was there to handle any issue that occurred and this is the most important of all.

The property was very big and comfortable, having a nice view and just a 1 minute walk to the beach made it easy and incredible!

− Unfortunately due to the heat there were a lot of bugs and cockroaches which wasn’t nice, but overall it was very good!

If you want to enjoy your holidays and have relaxing time do not rent this house!

The location and the view

− My worse holiday experience. House: old and not very clean(spiders, mosquitoes,etc). Pool table & jacuzzi has extra cost. Property manager: Everyday he was coming at the property without any notice and without ring the door of the main entrance (using the side garden area) and checking us. Every time he was checking inside the house and that was very uncomfortable. Even when we told him to call instead of coming he didn’t respect our holiday time. We didn’t feel the freedom to enjoy our family vacations. Air conditioning: the villa provides air conditions with timers (no where is mentioned in the rules and conditions) and the air condition in the living room is provided with a charge of 10€ per day (this information you will see only in the terms and condition but not in the description of the property) with a timer which is switch off every 2 hours After I booked and paid via booking my stay I received an email from the Agni Travel agency with extra rules and regulations.

There is nothing you will see in the pictures that is not extra charge.

A perfect place for those looking for peace. Sitting on the sea, amazing view, good facilities (but old) and the place is well maintained.

Everything we wanted to use, they asked for an additional fee: jacuzzi, billiards, air conditioner in the lower space, luckily they didn't charge an additional fee for using kitchen utensils... It's a perfect place, but keep in mind that the price shown here is not the price.
