Location molto accogliente.
7.0Per chi ama la natura una vista molto bella. La piscina ben curata. Poi i due frigoriferi molto capienti sono stati molto utili. Inoltre la sala molto grande permette di ospitare più di 20 ospiti.
− Cucina professionale con fornelli a gas troppo grandi. Impossibile da utilizzare per pentolini o caffettiere

6.0L'AIUTO E LA DISPONIBILITA' DELLA PROPRIETARIA A RISOLVERE UN PROBLEMA SERIO CHE SI ERA CREATO CON IL RISCALDAMENTO. LA SALA CHE DA SULLA PISCINA E LE COLLINE E' MOLTO SUGGESTIVA.
− LA PULIZIA DELLE CAMERE E DELLA CUCINA. LA MANUTENZIONE DI ALCUNE COSE TIPO I SIFONI DELLE DOCCE, ALCUNI ROTTI E DATATI.
Un posto incantevole!
9.0La villa è posizionata in mezzo alle colline, in una zona tranquilla e riservata. È pulita, grande e spaziosa, oltreché ben attrezzata (anche in cucina) e arredata, sia internamente che esternamente. Il giardino è enorme e ben curato, così come la piscina, dotata di lettini e ombrelloni. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno ed in una è presente anche la vasca idromassaggio. I letti sono comodi. È molto bello anche il terrazzo al piano di sopra. Per trascorrere del tempo in comitiva è davvero perfetta! Giorgia, che la gestisce, è davvero una persona gentile e disponibile. Ci e dispiaciuto andare via!
− C'è qualche problema di umidità e di infiltrazioni. Mancava il bagnoschiuma.

10.0Struttura meravigliosa immersa nelle colline Marchigiane ma a due passi dal mare. Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici, una settimana stupenda per adulti e bambini. Casa molto pulita, ogni camera aveva il proprio bagno, cucina professionale, piscina confortevole con sdraio per potersi rilassare....che dire....un oasi di pace!

Wundervolle Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieterin.
10.0Das Haus war wunderschön. Perfekt für eine große Gruppe. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Die Lage des Hauses war abgelegen, perfekt, wenn man mal aus der Stadt raus möchte. Giorgia war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Außerdem war sie immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können an unseren Urlaub nichts aussetzen und hatten als 18 Köpfige Freundesgruppe einen tollen Aufenthalt.
