Great location, beautiful house, attentive host.
10.0The location was ideal for us, a perfect base to explore Elgin and surrounding areas by car. There is a beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away, across a golf course so all off-road. Tanglewood itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious bedrooms, lots of storage, well stocked kitchen, ample garden space & lots of parking. Lots of lovely little touches like a welcome tray, miniature toiletries, free hire of bikes and games for the children (we spent many hours playing badminton on the lawn). The house is very close to an RAF runway which made for some spectacular views of jets taking off/landing. All in all we’ve had an idyllic time away and would highly recommend Tanglewood as a family/couples getaway.
