Beautiful view, lovely pool and terrace. Easy access of main road and 15 minutes to Chania.
9.0Great location, with good layout of the villa with fantastic views over the bay and to the incredible mountain range. Very good security with an electric entrance gate. The Villa was an easy 15 drive to Chania. The pool was very clean and had a nice deep end with 2.4 metres, (the diving board had been removed due to new rules). Very handy ice making fridge! Tap water was fine to drink.
− The Wi-Fi was very poor and we needed to use our roaming data mostly. A dirty toothbrush was left in the en-suite bathroom and the shower was dirty with hair in the plug hole on our arrival. There wasn’t any basic provisions at the villa (such as bread and cheese) on our arrival (which until now we usually find when we arrive at a rented villa in Europe, including Greece previously), just 2 bottles of water. These are the reasons we have given it an overall 9 and not a 10. Note that the parking in Chania is terrible and scooters (and some drivers) are all over the place with very poor road markings!

10.0Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the hosts, making us feel right at home. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from every corner of the property. This heaven on Crete really treated our body and spirit! Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying a barbecue on the terrace, we had this panoramic vistas of the sea and mountains, offering us complete relaxation and tranquility. The hosts pay attention in detail, from the spacious and sunlit bedrooms -the freshness of the linen remains a vivid memory-, the sophisticated decoration to the fully equipped kitchen. The thoughtful touches, such as welcome cupcakes and essential amenities provided by the hosts, truly made our stay smooth. We couldn't recommend Villa Thealassa highly enough. It's the perfect destination for a dream vacation with family or friends. We can't wait to return to this magical oasis and create more unforgettable memories.
