Un chalet muy acogedor, perfecto para ir en familia y con una piscina dentro de la casa. Nos encantó que siempre diera el sol en la casa ya que salía el sol desde la izquierda y veíamos el atardecer desde delante cuando se iba por el mar. La ubicación era muy buena y muy tranquila. 3 habitaciones muy espaciosas y con un salón comedor cocina bastante chulo también. La empresa la que se encarga nos dejó turrones, bombones y dos botellas de cava y otra de vino, un gran detalle por su parte!

− Lo que menos nos gustó fue que la piscina estaba bastante fría, me atrevería a decir que estaba más fría que el mar y aunque hace calor, unos grados más no estaría nada mal. Nos pedían 30€ al día por calentarla, un precio abusivo en mi opinión. Los muebles de la casa estaban bastante deterioradas a pesar de aparentar una casa “nueva”. Poca vajilla teniendo en cuenta que es para 6 personas. Un lavavajillas me parece fundamental para una casa de tantas personas. El agua caliente para la ducha duraba poco y no cubría lo suficiente para 6 personas. Además, se nos fue la luz un par de veces debido a que teníamos varias cosas que utilizaban electricidad a la vez. El sofá bastante incómodo, pero no nos importó ya que no lo utilizamos mucho. Tuvimos que comprar un mantel ya que la casa no lo tenía incluido, además de sal, aceite, PINZAS… Cosas fundamentales que deberían de tener en mi opinión. A pesar de todo, volvería a repetir estancia aquí!

spacious villa, quiet location, warm pool,

− The interior of the villa is tired, especially the sofa, which smelled unpleasant, as well as the dirty carpet on the floor. The oven does not work. The cleanliness is a 3, as there is black hair everywhere on the floor. The pool lighting only works for 2 hours, from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM. During our 2-week stay, the bed linen and towels were not changed, although at other villas this is a standard service - linen is changed once a week.

La maison était bien placée et la piscine constituait en vrai plus en terme de confort. Le personnel était réactif.

− Il y avait un manque d'équipements ( pas de sel, pas d'econome, pas d'huile, peu de poele et en tres mauvais état... ) De plus, l'un de nous s'est fait volé 150€ au sein même de la maison et en notre absence ce qui signifie que quelqu'un a pu s'introduire. Nous avons aussi eu la surprise un matin de découvrir quelqu'un entrain de nettoyer la piscine dans notre jardin sans que personne ne nous ai prévenu.

We had a pleasant 10 night stay in this cottage in a quiet but expanding village. Thank you. We would recommend this accommodation. Elron the property agent ,overall were good operators. Booking.com caused confusion with unclear billing. Elron, after contact provided, linen/towels change, sent insecticide to eradicate cockroaches (which came after municipal external drain, and allowed us to leave late. The noisy couple in a hot tub quietened after the first night. The bungalow is situated at the south of the large (200 units approx ) Sueño Azul complex. Convenient to the village, bus 473, the beach, small supermarket and excellent restaurants. Note that close to the north end of this complex is a large noisy construction site. The cottage is old, well presented (a new kitchen is fitted but a need to replace internal doors and wardrobes) clean and sleeps 4 comfortably. WiFi at 40+ mbps in the house and garden. We used the small clean plunge pool after sea swimming; it was very clean with a shower and 4 sun loungers. Temperature of the water (without heating) was fine in the late afternoon, after sea swim. No air conditioning, but roof fans were sufficient in early March. Security is an issue in the village; lots of locks, keys, metal grills. Owner needs to change the low rear gate. Pickpockets and theft in restaurants. The outdoor patio and dining area is relaxing and pleasant. We used the small clean plunge pool after sea swimming; it was very clean with a shower and 4 sun loungers

Everything was great! The location is super! Very close to the beach, there are shops and cafes nearby. This villa is perfect for both companies and family vacations.
