− Shower faucet handle is very loose and the temperature of water is impossible to control. I also had an issue with the shower a few months ago in a Village Austria villa, which I explained to the owner. This was my second time staying at a Village Austria villa, and I was upgraded to the four bedroom unit. I was disappointed that the kitchen did not have the same space as the three bedroom unit. There was very little counter space for food preparation. The water in the kitchen sink and also the bathroom was very slow to drain. Maybe they need to have maintenance inspect the plumbing. The interior furnishings are not the most comfortable. Of course this is a rental villa, so perhaps this is why they have lower end furniture, but the daily rate for these villas is NOT lower end. There is only the television in the main living room. I would expect a villa to have a television in at least one of the bedrooms. The villa is directly across from a bar and restaurant, which I do not like. Of course I enjoyed the swimming pool, but I have no idea of the Ph and chlorine level. Maybe I am expected to bring my own water testing kit. Every hotel that I stay in has a sign next to the pool that shows the Ph and chlorine level.
