great time away. alway beautiful in Sardinia. great location, but this is not a luxury villa. I had to wash cooking pots

− not very clean and very run down couches. no fresh towels.
The villa was above expectations and all our questions were answered by the host via What's up.
9.0Location is fantastic, 5 minutes from town center and the marina with easy walk.
− The shower in the annex had very low water pressure, we could not use it but there were other bathrooms so no problem for our group but may need fixing.
Big house in great location, showers and baths need to be fixed asap.
4.0Great location and great view from both balconies.
− 4th bedroom is not inside the house but a separate room accessed from the back door so feels a bit isolated. Showers did not work at all. Either cold or boiling hot and we all shared one shower for the 5 days. 2 of the baths were blocked and water was not draining and dirt and grime were coming back up. Owner said maintenance would come next morning, no one came and no further messages about the situation were acknowledged so they remained unfixed for our stay. Pictures are not accurate and it is not a white sofa and white outdoor furniture in the house. We arrived at 3.30pm for check in but cleaners said 5pm before it would be ready due to last tenant leaving at 1pm. Took a key and left so we could get in later and never met anyone after that.
