Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good balconies. Clean and tidy.

− We went a little too early in the season so nights were chilly outside but still okay.

Great stay, everything worked out well, we enjoyed outdoor meals and drinks with great sea and mountain views and taking

Nice location, clean and quiet. Terraces all around, great outdoors facilities, lovely views.

− The property would benefit from more cooking pots, there was 7 of us and it was difficult to cook meals with just one 3.5 litre pot and couple of small ones. Also electric kettle very small. We had to boil it 3 times to serve tea/ coffee to everyone.

Not really as advertised

Villa is very spacious and immaculate inside. Hosts are very welcoming.

− Power kept going off so was advised to switch off fuse box and put back on again. This went on every 5 mins when trying to cook dinner. Also we went out for day and power had gone off which caused fridge and freezer to switch off so not ideal. There was an air lock in bathroom which made a loud glugging sound all through our stay resulting in poor sleep some nights. Did advise owners but no solution. Material on deck chair so rotten my daughter fell straight through it scraping her leg, did advise owners but no solution. Leaking ceiling in bathroom. Pool turned green last 3 days of stay so we did not use as could not even see bottom of pool. Owner dis come and put bleach in last day of holiday so ready for next guests. Black mat on bottom of en suite shower was lethal and I fell and hurt leg. Only 3 sun loungers for 7 guests and 1 kept falling apart. Advertised as beachfront but it is not and there is nothing nearby as advertised so you definitely need a car. We booked this accommodation as stated beachfront and close to restaurants/ shops etc. But it was not.

this is a large property with many balconies as a large group this allowed everyone there own space at the same time as being together.

We had a great stay at Villa Gaviota.

Great hosts. Big house with fascilities for the children in the basement. The view is fantastic. Several balconies to choose from if you want shadow during the day.

− You need a car or be happy to walk a distance to get to the beach. Groceries can be purchased with home delivery, but we only found out the last days. Would be nice with some short guidance in the house with suggestions of take outs and telephone number to grocery home delivery. The AC in the master bedroom did not work properly, very hot for the family who stayed there.
