9.0The perfect location! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with air conditioning- which we needed this week! Pool was beautiful and clean. Coffee on the terrace every morning overlooking San Gimignano was the best view of our trip. Owners and caretakers of the property were wonderful and accommodating, and very helpful with information on the area. Would stay again!

Villa meravigliosa in Toscana
10.0La casa è bellissima con grande giardino, piscina e una vista spettacolare su San Gimignano. Eravamo un gruppo di 7 persone e la villa era molto confortevole. La proprietà è ben attrezzata e molto pulita. Simon e la sua famiglia sono molto disponibili. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Charming Villa in the Tuscan Hills with Pool and Great View!
10.0The location is excellent, as the Villa is nestled away in the Tuscan hills - 15 minutes from Poggibonsi and San Gimignano. We were a large group (12 people) and the Villa was very comfortable. As we stayed in the summer, the private pool is an absolute must and let us have a refreshing swim in the late afternoon after spending the day exploring. A family living right next door (Simon, Fem and children) and easily accessible takes care of the grounds. Would absolutely stay here again. Grazie Laura, Stefano e famiglia!
− Lots of mosquitoes outside, mainly when the area gets shaded or at nightfall - but I think this is the case for all of Tuscany in general. For 12 people, the capacity of the fridge is sometimes limiting if you will be preparing large meals.

10.0Es war sehr einfach. Wir sind so gegen 22.30 Uhr angekommen und wurden schon erwartet! Sehr freundlich!
− Vielleicht eine kleine Ergänzung: das Haus ist nur über eine Sandstraße zu erreichen. Für uns und unserem VW-Bus kein Problem. Ein sportliches Auto könnte Probleme bekommen.
Niezapomniane wrażenia, świetny wakacyjny wypoczynek
10.0Super klimatyczny dom toskański. Wspaniała lokalizacja wśród winnic i gajów oliwnych z widokiem na San Gimignano .Obiekt świetnie wyposażony, bardzo czysto, bardzo ładne sypialnie z łazienkami. Przytulne saloniki na parterze. Kuchnia z jadalnią sprzyjająca spędzaniu czasu w rodzinnym gronie. Wspaniały ogród wokół domu, basen i taras gdzie przy lampce wina można delektować się widokami wokół. Cisza, spokój – z całego serca polecamy ten obiekt dla rodzin i grup znajomych.
− Droga dojazdowa do obiektu jest mocno wymagająca, wąska ,kręta i nie utwardzona.
