A beautifully maintained villa with exceptional hosts — we’re already looking forward to coming back

We stayed as two families (7 people) and the villa was extremely comfortable. The location is great, very close to Monte San Savino, making shopping and daily needs easy. The house is spotless and thoughtfully designed, with everything you might need. Having a private bathroom in each bedroom was a big plus. Giuseppina welcomed us warmly and explained everything in detail, and throughout the stay both she and her husband were attentive without being intrusive. They were especially considerate about heating, which made a big difference in the cold and windy weather. The barbecue area was fantastic, and the garden — with lawns and terraced olive trees — is beautiful, with great views from the rooms. Sky the cat, along with Paco and Black the dogs, were very friendly and became a lovely part of the garden atmosphere, always present yet never intrusive. The area itself offers plenty to explore.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit Freunden bei Freunden

Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort: die Lage am Hang mit Blick weit ins Tal, das gemütliche Haus mit Kamin, großem Esstisch & Küche sowie Wohnzimmer mit großen Kamin und vier sehr schön eingerichteten Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer. Der Außenbereich mit überdachtem Sitzbereich, einen wunderschönen Pool, einem separaten Grillplatz, alles sehr gepflegt und umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Was diesen Ort ganz besonders macht sind die Menschen - Guiseppina und ihre Familie sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit - nochmals ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön! Ein Tipp: falls es die Gelegenheit gibt, unbedingt ein Abendessen bei Guiseppina buchen: es war super lecker und ein unvergesslicher Abend. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Freunden und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. „A la proxima „ - wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Beautiful bedrooms with modern en suite bathrooms. All the grounds, pool and area great. The owners Guiseppina and Ivano were exceptionally nice. The even sent me a birthday cake on the day of celebration. Very sweet and kind!

Amazing location near Monte San Savino.

Very beautiful location at the end of a small road, so it is quiet and peaceful. Around the house there are olivetrees, a very beautiful garden with a view on the hilly area and a very clean and nice swimming pool. Monte San Savino is a nice little town with delicious restaurants and only some tourists, very near to the A1 and other cities. The house is cosy with a lot of light coming through the windows. Several places to sit inside and outside. Flowers are everywhere and the scents are delicious. The owners are nice and friendly people, they did everything to make are stay wonderful, providing assistance also via WhatsApp, fruit and cake. Certainly a place to visit again.

− WiFi is not always stable, and to pay for cleaning is not unusual, but we would suggest to put it in the description or communicate it verbally when arriving at the location.
